Merete Lundbye Møller is our in-house lawyer with focus on legal affairs and corporate governance. With 25+ years of experience, Merete is typically engaged in all stages of the investment process, from the initial investment to the final exit negotiations.

Prior to joining Sunstone, Merete practiced law at Gorrissen Federspiel for nine years, focusing on her specialty in M&A, as well as corporate and general contract law. Merete is a member of both the New York Bar and the Danish Bar. She holds LLMs from New York University School of Law and Aarhus University, Denmark.

Merete holds a number of directorships, including positions as chair of Bullitt Film ApS and board member in Greenland Holding A/S, the Danish Green Investment Fund, Curo Capital Fondsmæglerselskab A/S, the Danish performance theater company, Hotel Pro Forma and performance space and art gallery Warehouse9.
