Asetek Redefines Liquid Cooling with Solution Integrated into HP Blackbird 002 Gaming PC

Asetek is proud to announce the first ever OEM adopted CPU and GPU integrated liquid cooling solution for the HP Blackbird 002 gaming PC; the ultimate gaming machine designed for extreme performance and upgradeability.

Asetek engaged with the HP gaming team at a very early stage in the design process and helped develop the thermal management solution for the HP Blackbird 002.

The HP Blackbird 002 exemplifies how utilizing liquid cooling and properly addressing system thermals can raise the performance limits and significantly reduce noise.

The July/August issue of the magazine Power Engineering International brings a Rovsing Dynamics’ article discussing the special condition monitoring needs of hydro power plants.

The article highlights technical aspects of advanced monitoring of hydro turbines such as vibration, rotor-stator gap and partial discharge monitoring, and automated fault diagnosis with prediction of lead time to inspection – invaluable tools to plan and prioritize maintenance and features of the OPENpredictor™ system.

It also includes examples of hydro power plants built or refurbished by Alstom.
One of these plants now saves more than USD 30,000 per year as online monitoring using OPENpredictor™ has made it possible to avoid downtime for unnecessary inspections.
